Position Overview
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a talented AI & ML Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, AI systems, and intelligent automation solutions. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and large language models.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop machine learning models and AI systems, implement NLP solutions using LLMs and transformer architectures, build computer vision applications and image processing pipelines, develop predictive analytics and recommendation systems, deploy ML models to production environments, collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI projects, optimize model performance and scalability, and stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- •3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- •Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- •Experience with large language models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA) and transformer architectures
- •Strong understanding of NLP techniques and libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face)
- •Experience with computer vision and deep learning (OpenCV, YOLO, CNNs)
- •Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
- •Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML)
Additional Qualifications
- •Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (preferred)
- •Experience with vector databases and embeddings (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- •Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
- •Understanding of model evaluation metrics and A/B testing
- •Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
- •Familiarity with reinforcement learning (preferred)
- •Published research papers or contributions to ML open-source projects (preferred)
