Position Overview
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our analytics team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. You'll work with large-scale data, apply statistical methods, and develop machine learning solutions to solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms, create data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders, design and implement A/B tests and experiments, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, and maintain and improve existing data pipelines and models.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- •3+ years of experience in data science or analytics
- •Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- •Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- •Experience with SQL and database querying
- •Proficiency in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau)
- •Experience with machine learning algorithms and model development
- •Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
Additional Qualifications
- •Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouses
- •Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus
- •Experience with time series analysis and forecasting
- •Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment practices
- •Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into business value
- •Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development
